Penetration Aircraft Skin Trainer (PAST)
Shipping Information

Here is a PAST prepared for shipment. This shipment has two boxes of four panels each and a foundation anchor system secured to a temporary wooden platform constructed specifically for shipment. The mounting hardware is usually stored in the top box, regardless of the number of boxes. The box with the mounting hardware is always marked as such for easy identification. We can ship as many as seven sets of spare panels in one shipment, thereby saving the buyer two ways: 1) up to seven spare panels can be shipped without any increase in the shipping and handling charge, and 2) our quantity discount pricing on the panel sets produces significant savings.

A PAST trainer is being loaded onto the freight truck. We add temporary steel attachments to simplify on loading and offloading the PAST. This trainer is on its way to its new home; usually an Airport Fire Department or ARFF Training Center.
APS uses nation-wide freight shippers like ABF. We typically ship within one to two weeks after receiving the buyer's purchase order. The PAST is usually delivered within 3 to 5 days after pickup from our warehouse. We track the shipment continually while it is enroute; and we keep the buyer informed on a daily basis as to its status and the exact date of arrival. Once the freight company driver arrives in the destination area, the driver contacts the buyer to coordinate the logistics and time of delivery.
